How do I order online?

Step Two
Head to the checkout to pay safely and securely with the payment option of your choice.
Step Three

Has my order been successfully submitted?
After your order is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used in the order.

If you have not yet received your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

If you cannot find the confirmation email in your spam or junk mail folder, please contact our customer service team at contact@mail.frozenchiffon.com

Can I change my order?
Once your order is submitted online, we will not be able to modify your order details, including incorrect size/color/quantity.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why was my order cancelled?
While we strive to ensure that product information on our website is as up-to-date and accurate as possible, sometimes due to product popularity and sales speed, we cannot always guarantee that an item will be in stock when processing your online order.

If your order is cancelled, we will send you an email notification notifying you of which parts of the order could not be completed.

Your account will be charged for the items that could have been purchased, and any amount for the cancelled items will be refunded to your account.

What is a Split Order?
If your order contains one or more items from different locations, your order may be split into multiple shipments.

There will be no additional shipping costs, and you will receive a separate email confirming the contents of each package. Please note that orders may be shipped in batches by multiple carriers.

The shipping address on my order is incorrect. How can I change it?
We're sorry, once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed.
