Returns Policy
We understand you may change your mind. If you wish to exchange or refund in this situation, we may do so at our sole discretion, provided the following conditions are met:
- You can provide valid proof of purchase;
- The item must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags intact and the packaging sealed (if applicable); and
- The item is not a sale item, a final sale item, or other intimate apparel.
Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
We do not offer mail-in exchanges.
Items purchased using "buy now, pay later" services such as PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, or Laybuy must be mailed back. In this case, you will receive a refund.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase, including the original card information for EFTPOS/credit card payments.
Sale items and final sale items are non-refundable and non-refundable once returned; they will be returned to the customer.
Defective/Missing Description Goods
We need you to provide satisfactory proof of purchase.
We will accept returns of defective or misleading goods within a reasonable timeframe from the date of purchase. Specific timeframes may vary depending on the product.
